Shipping Charges

Domestic Orders (India)

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • A shipping charge of ₹50 applies to prepaid orders below ₹499.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected PIN codes.
    • Orders between ₹500 and ₹4,999 are eligible for COD with an additional ₹100 COD handling charge.
    • COD is not available for orders below ₹500 or above ₹5,000.

    Order Processing & Delivery

    • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
    • Domestic orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
    • Certain handcrafted or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. In such cases, the estimated delivery time will be mentioned on the respective product page.
    • International orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days, subject to customs clearance and local courier operations.

    Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

    Every ISHAR product undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch. Each piece is carefully packed using protective materials to prevent damage during transit and is delivered in our signature ISHAR jewelry packaging, ensuring your order reaches you in perfect condition.

    We partner with reliable registered domestic courier companies or India Post (Speed Post).

    Shipment Tracking

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.

    Cash on Delivery (COD)

    Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible PIN codes within India.

    Availability can be checked by entering your delivery PIN code during checkout.

    Pricing & Taxes

    All prices displayed on ISHAR are inclusive of GST. There are no hidden charges—the amount shown at checkout is the final amount you pay (excluding applicable shipping or COD charges).

    Damaged or Tampered Packages

    If you notice that your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package and contact our Customer Support immediately. This helps us investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
